Students in Mrs. Bury's art class are studying the work of Wayne Thiebaud, known for his beautifully realistic dessert paintings. After practicing lifelike oil pastel drawings, they took their learning a step further by designing a 3D net of a slice of cake, blending art, design, and spatial thinking. Such a fun and thoughtful way to bring two-dimensional art into the real world!
Pep rally part 2!
It’s been a busy month full of school spirit and we wrapped it up today with an amazing pep rally! 💙💚 From Spirit Month fun to cheering together as a school community, it was the perfect way to celebrate our Bulldog pride 🐾
Today we were proud to welcome former BMS student Aaron Patterson back to visit our 7th and 8th graders. He shared an inspiring message about following your dreams, staying motivated, and believing in yourself every step of the way. Thank you, Aaron, for reminding our students what’s possible! 💙💚
Who knew gingerbread houses needed real estate listings? 🍬🏠 In ELA, grade 5 students paired sweet designs with persuasive writing...and the results were adorable and impressive!

Business as usual at Brennan Middle School! 💡Even with the lights out, learning never stops. Students stayed focused and engaged, powered by teamwork and a little battery-operated light today! This storm has nothing on us!

Smiles and holiday cheer filled the library when The Grinch stopped by for a special read-aloud with some of our students! Laughter, excitement, and a little Grinchy mischief made this a memorable moment for everyone. 💚📚🎄
Congratulations to 8th grader Tristan Purcell, who earned FIRST PLACE nation wide in the Design-A-Sticker Contest promoting clean energy through art! Tristan’s creativity, talent, and message stood out among thousands of impressive entries, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this well-deserved honor. Way to represent Brennan with pride! Be on the lookout for his winning logo! Wow!!
