As you are aware, on December 19, 2023 Brennan Middle School was unable to hold classes due to a power outage. As per the Massachusetts Department of Education, the day must be made up, therefore Brennan Middle School will be in session on Friday, March 29, 2024. It will be an Early Release Day with no lunches served. Dismissal will be at 11:30.
Below you will find the dates for this year’s MCAS. It is important for your child(ren) to be present on MCAS testing days. We kindly request that you refrain from scheduling appointments on testing days.
ELA - Grades 5 & 6 April 2nd & 3rd, Grades 7 & 8 April 4th & 9th
MATH - Grades 5 & 6 April 30th & May 1st, Grades 7 & 8 May 7th & 8th
(STE) SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING - Grades 5 & 8 May 14th & 15th
Brennan's Drama Club will be holding open auditions for their production of Happily NEVER After on Tuesday, February 27th and Thursday, February 29th. Students choosing to attend should sign up the night before via the After-School Clubs Google Classroom. Please see Mr. Molitor or Mr. Martin for more information.
The Brennan Boutique is now accepting donations of spring clothing. Please send gently used clothing, footwear and accessories for use by Brennan students.
