Good Afternoon Brennan Families,
Congratulations to the Student Council Officers elected yesterday! The Student Council is an important part of Brennan and Mr. Husband and I look forward to seeing all they do this school year.
Midterm Progress Reports will be posted in Aspen on Friday, October 13th. If you need your Aspen account password reset, please reach out to Mrs. Silva in the main office. jsilva@attleboroschools.com.
After school clubs start Tuesday, October 10th. Clubs run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:40-3:40. A late bus will be available for current bus students. Please note the late bus does not pick up at Brennan until 4 pm and services the entire Brennan district. Therefore, late bus stops are not necessarily the same as a student’s regular stop - please check your child’s ASPEN account to find their late bus stop. Students wishing to participate in clubs must sign up the evening before prior to 8:00 PM in the After-School Clubs 2023-2024 Google Classroom. The classroom code is: 2srxfgh. Under classwork, students select the “Club Sign Ups” for the next day. Students MUST sign up the evening before EVERY time they want to stay for a club. No late sign ups will be accepted.
Our local VFW, who serves us in so many ways, is asking for our students to consider entering their essay contest. This is open to all students in grades 6-12. Please encourage your students to participate. Click here for middle school application. Click here for High School application. Completed essays and applications can be sent by email or paper copies and given to your child’s teacher. Submissions must be made by Oct 31st.
The October BOP (Brennan Organization of Parents) meeting will be held virtually at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 11th. BOP Zoom Meeting Link
